Install it on the Windows machine that owns the DayZ server folder you want OMEGATECH to manage. Do not install it on your gaming PC unless that PC also runs the server.

Yes, plan limits permitting. Keep each physical or virtual machine as its own host so server paths, commands, and updates stay separated.

Yes when the live files may have changed outside OMEGATECH. Re-pull or re-import before major edits so you are editing the current server state.

Yes. Saving editor changes updates the project working copy. Deployment is a separate action, so you can review and prepare before touching the live server.

Sync Mods reads the project mods OMEGATECH already knows about and checks matching mod toggles in the project form. It does not deploy by itself; Save Changes is still required.
